Launch of the collective work “Reform of the Bankruptcy and Reorganization Law – Studies in Honor of Drs. Alexandre Alves Lazzarini and Cesar Ciampolini Neto”

WK Advogados is pleased to take part in the launch of the collective publication “Reforma da Lei de Recuperação e Falência – Estudos em homenagem aos Drs. Alexandre Alves Lazzarini e Cesar Ciampolini Neto”, organized by the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP). The book brings together a series of articles by prominent experts in the field.

Our partners Domingos Fernando Refinetti and Juliana Brotto de Barros Milaré, along with attorney Victor Salgado, contributed the article “Assignment and Subrogation of Bankruptcy Claims During Judicial Reorganization: Reflections on Classification and Submission to the Creditors’ Agreement”, which addresses key issues for the understanding and practical application of the Brazilian Bankruptcy and Reorganization Law.
